Check in Guest Window or Private Window to reduce impact of extensions

@Gwen-Dragon Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reinstall Windows. So this thread can be closed (or left open, I don't know) since whatever the problem was I can't even duplicate it either to see what else will work (and prior to reinstalling Windows, neither reinstalling Vivaldi nor resetting browser profile worked for what it's worth).

Latest snapshot has fixed this issue! Yay!

Chromium 74 had a small update that seems to have fixed it. Very happy!

I hided admin bar with JavaScript (toggle between display:none/display:block) and set it as fixed, but it caused still unwanted behavior.

I added some CSS for logged-in situation. These fixed the problem:

@media screen and (max-width:782px){ body.logged-in #page {margin-top:-48px;} body.logged-in .menu-toggle {top:2px!important;}} @media screen and (min-width:783px){body.logged-in #page{top:0!important;}}

I never tested mobile version as logged in user with a mobile phone.
I assume that the behavior is the same as I saw with Windows Vivaldi. Maybe I must test pages logged in into some mobile phone.

I don't need F12 device selector because it is fast to make windows narrow or wide just resizing tiled windows. Maybe sometime useful.

the last thing about the obsolete cipher suite will hopefully be away, when the server was migrated from Server2008R2 to Server2016; unfortunately Server2008R2/IIS has no support für SHA-2

but it's green in the browser and working

Though thanks for pointing out the existence of Atril. It is apparently a fork of Evince before they crippled it. I always loved its customizable toolbar. Oh, GNOME used to be good...
